Size/Description: 1,000 square mile (661,783 acres) Sub-regional district plan (Community Development Plan) developed through a 7-day charrette process and based on the SmartCode for regional planning and form-based land regulations.
Role: As Lead Designer, Project Principal
Commentary: So much to discuss on this project. Drama and heartbreak in a place where nature can kill you in 7 ways. But for now.. have you heard of the model SmartCode? This one is textbook but in a very unique setting.
